It was not knowledge about the Plane Will here, nor did it seem to concern the Land of Death. It was a vast map of the world.
Calling it a map was not quite right. It was fragmented and incomplete, probably because that strange set of Laws was incomplete. More importantly, it was made up of countless little spherical maps packed together. Some regions were dark and impossible to make out, shrouded in chaotic energy.
"Interesting. What exactly are these?"
Baal frowned. He could not understand why the Abyssal Will had given him such a thing.

Another roar sounded in his mind, and a flood of information surfaced.
The Void Path!
More precisely, this was a map of routes leading to a place called the Void Land. Those routes were made up of vast planes.
Beyond the planes lay the dark regions, terrifying zones of illusory void. Anyone who entered recklessly was almost certain to lose their way in the endless void, or become trapped in dreams from which they could never escape.
They were the most dangerous regions. Even God Kings dared not enter them lightly. Known as forbidden zones for all living beings, they had gone unexplored for hundreds of millions of years. As a result, they held countless wondrous treasures, some real, some illusory. The most powerful were called Taboo Objects, for the Laws they contained were almost entirely unlike those of the Universe.
The incomplete map before him marked not only several routes through the planes to the Void Land, but also a few explorable areas within the darkness. That made it priceless. Even God Kings might never have visited those places.
As Baal read through the knowledge surfacing in his mind, the surprise in his eyes grew.
