Roy did not go to Parker right away.

After Parker used webbing to hang a group of low-level robbers who had robbed a supermarket from a streetlamp and arrived on the roof of a building near the supermarket, Roy rode the Sand Cloud over to him.

"Did you need something?" Parker asked quickly.

Roy nodded slowly. "Yes."

"What is it?" Parker continued.

"Give me a vial of your blood," Roy said directly, having no intention of beating around the bush.

My blood?

Parker immediately frowned.

Though he had no idea what Roy was planning, his instincts told him that he should not agree.

"Why do you want my blood?" Parker stared at Roy warily.

"You don't need to know."

"You have two choices now."

"First, voluntarily draw a vial of blood for me."

"Second, I'll beat you down and forcibly take a vial of your blood."

"Choose the first, and if you run into trouble later, I'll help you once."

"Choose the second, and all you'll get is a beating."

Roy paid no attention to Parker's wariness as he spoke unhurriedly.

Compared to ordinary people, Parker was indeed powerful.

But compared to him, Parker was no different from an ordinary person.

"I won't give you my blood!"

Parker immediately assumed a fighting stance.

Why bother?

Wouldn't it be better to obediently choose the first option?

After sighing inwardly, Roy circulated his chakra and attacked decisively.

Golden Binding Technique!

The Golden Binding Technique, also known as the Immobility Technique, came in two forms: ninjutsu and Genjutsu.

Regardless of the type, the Golden Binding Technique bound enemies in place and rendered them unable to move.

Roy was currently using the ninjutsu form of the Golden Binding Technique.

Compared to the Genjutsu form, the ninjutsu form was weaker and could only be used against targets far weaker than himself.

However, it was more than enough to deal with Parker.

The instant he circulated his chakra, Parker's Spider-Sense issued a warning.

However, Parker still failed to evade the Golden Binding Technique.

Although he had been Spider-Man for some time, all he had dealt with so far were ordinary criminals. He had absolutely no experience fighting other superhumans.

Even if he had, he would not have been able to dodge the Golden Binding Technique.

That was because the Golden Binding Technique gave off no outward sign when activated.

Spider-Sense was indeed an excellent sensory ability, but it did not predict the future. It would not let Parker see what was about to happen; it merely warned him of potential danger.

Before Parker could do anything, a powerful, invisible binding force locked him firmly in place, leaving him frozen in his fighting stance.

"What did you do to me?" Parker shouted.

Roy did not answer. He took a syringe out of the System Space.

After removing the needle cap, he walked toward Parker. The sand of the Sand Cloud flew back into the small gourd at his waist.

Although Parker possessed spider-like physical abilities, with strength, speed, endurance, healing, perception, and reflexes far beyond those of ordinary people, Roy's Golden Binding Technique could still restrain him for one or two minutes.

One or two minutes was not very long.

But it was enough for him to draw Parker's blood.

Watching Roy draw closer and closer, Parker quickly said, "Can I choose the first option now?"

"Adults must take responsibility for their choices. You already made yours," Roy said calmly.

Parker fell silent.

When Roy reached Parker, he removed the glove from Parker's right hand, pulled up the sleeve pressed against his skin, and inserted the needle into a vein.

After drawing the blood, he returned the syringe to the System Space and said slowly, "Since you didn't scream and make a fuss, I won't beat you up this time."

After saying that, he dispelled the Golden Binding Technique.

Flying Thunder God Technique!

The next second, he vanished from Parker's sight as though he had never been there.

Los Angeles.

The workshop in Tony's seaside mansion.

"Could you give me a heads-up before you come over next time?"

Tony put down the tool in his hand and sighed helplessly.

"Fine."

Roy removed his mask and returned the mask, Red Cloud Robe, and gourd to the System Space.

Tony nodded in satisfaction and continued, "Go on, what do you need? Did Gwen change her mind and decide not to attend Empire State University?"

"No. I came this time because I need you to solve some scientific and technical problems," Roy Responded.

Scientific and technical problems?

Tony looked at him in surprise, then said with a smile, "Then you've come to the right person!"

"I'm not bragging, but there aren't many scientists in the world better than me."

"If I can't solve it, nobody else can either."

Roy did not refute him. He took out the Super Spider venom and research data, Parker's blood sample, and the Physical Enhancement Drug from the System Space and placed them in front of Tony.

"This drug was developed by Oscorp at the military's request. It can give people physical abilities far beyond those of ordinary humans."

"However, it is not perfect. There is a certain chance that using it will cause side effects such as violent tendencies, aggression, and madness."

"I want you to improve its enhancement effect and eliminate its side effects."

"This vial of blood is Spider-Man's."

"Empire State University Science Academy created fifteen Super Spiders through genetic engineering. He was bitten by one of them, underwent a genetic mutation, and gained spider abilities."

"I couldn't find the spider that bit him, but the venom of the other fourteen Super Spiders is all here."

"The box contains their venom, while the USB drive contains the research data on all fifteen Super Spiders."

"In a few hours, I'll bring you a blood sample from Gwen."

"Compare Spider-Man's genetic mutation, then test the venom of the other fourteen Super Spiders with Gwen's blood sample to see whether Gwen can undergo the same genetic mutation and gain spider abilities."

"If the venom from these fourteen Super Spiders cannot give Gwen the same genetic mutation, I want you to use Spider-Man's blood sample as the core and reference the Physical Enhancement Drug to develop a Spider Serum that can give Gwen spider abilities."

"If you need any other information or research materials, I'll find a way to get them."

Roy had no intention of hiding anything from Tony and stated his purpose directly.

After hearing him out, Tony said casually, "So it was all for Gwen. I thought you wanted to mass-produce Spider-Men and super soldiers."

"Biotechnology and genetic engineering aren't my strongest fields, but this won't stump me."

"I can help you, but I don't know how much you're willing to pay for my help."

Roy asked directly, "What do you want?"

"I want to know exactly what kind of energy you used when you defeated Obadiah last time."

"I had JARVIS thoroughly analyze the data we collected."

"The data shows that the energy you used doesn't match any known form of energy."

Tony answered without hesitation.

"Even if you know what kind of energy I used, you won't be able to reproduce it, much less create it," Roy Responded.

"Of course I know that."

"But I still want to know."

Tony continued.

"Since you're so curious, I'll tell you."

"The energy I used is called chakra. It is the product of the perfect fusion of spiritual energy and physical energy."

Roy spoke slowly.

Even if he told Tony about chakra, he was not worried that Tony could research it.

That was because humans in this world simply could not produce chakra.

Humans in the Naruto World had 130 trillion cells in their bodies.

In this world, a normal adult had between thirty and forty trillion cells, three to four times fewer than humans in the Naruto World.

And that was only the difference in quantity.

Taking everything else into account, humans in the Naruto World and humans in this world could be considered two entirely different species.
