End-of-Volume Summary (Johto and Sinnoh Arc)

Before I knew it, this book had reached 1.6 million words. There were still Unova, Kalos, and Alola left, and it was expected to end in roughly another 900,000 words.

Overall, I wasn't very satisfied with this arc. Sometimes I wasn't in the right state, and what I wrote ended up looking pretty bad. Sigh, for webnovel authors, that was something unavoidable.

Still, the good thing was that I wrote all the stories I wanted to write, without dropping it halfway or ending it badly like some other books.

This arc planted some foreshadowing, such as the fortune-teller's divination, the Lake Trio's prophecy, and the memories Marshadow had seen before. All of those loose ends would be tied up in the upcoming Unova and Kalos arcs.

This was my first book to reach this word count.

Next up was the Unova arc. It was time for the Tao Trio to take the stage. Personally, I quite liked Kyurem—fusing black and white was really cool.
