The Battle of the Stones

"What a pity." Kino shook his head.

"I have people I cherish too. I can't let you wipe them out with a single snap of your fingers."

With that, he slowly rose to his feet.

Thanos stood as well.

Were they finally going to fight?

The heroes on the battlefield finally breathed a sigh of relief. Damn it, they had thought the fight was never going to happen. This "duel" was truly bizarre—they had never seen a battle where two people sat on the battlefield chatting face-to-face. What made the heroes even more uneasy was that Kino clearly seemed to feel a mutual admiration for Thanos.

Fortunately, they were finally going to fight.
