From Siberia in the far north to Antarctica in the far south, from Africa's arid deserts to South America's damp rainforests, their figures could be found across nearly every stretch of land.

Kino knew they were taking photos to preserve memories... precious memories they would take to another world.

This experiment had been imperfect. It had only been a test product.

There was no way he could remain on Marvel Earth for four years, so he had tested the Array's operation in advance to identify its flaws and see what could be improved. Just as he had expected, although the Array had been completed, it still exposed several "problems."
