Werther burst out laughing at the down-on-her-luck female knight. He decided not to give her a hard time.
The knight's face had gone from red to blue and was now turning a little green. She was furious.
"You insolent wretch! I challenge you to a duel."
She instinctively reached to throw down her glove, only to realize she had lost it. The moment turned painfully awkward.
"Knight's Sword, a duel... Are you from that knightly Family in the New World? The one that vanished two hundred years ago? I thought you'd gone extinct. I never expected to meet one of you today."
