To avoid drawing too much attention to the unfamiliar island and the kingdom upon it, Werther signaled Kong, the King of the Sky, to land on a stretch of wasteland. Once they touched down, he let him roam freely.
The landing site was not far from town, and Werther and Baccarat soon walked in.
The town was enormous, easily on the scale of Water 7. As Werther moved through the crowds, he could feel how prosperous it was.
Werther took out a sea chart and tried to place himself. He was no expert at reading charts, but with North Yak Island as a reference, he soon worked out where they were.
This was Allsopp Kingdom, an island much like Dressrosa.
Allsopp Kingdom was ruled by the Alberc Royal Family. Werther remembered their name because they had a most unusual tradition.
The king's first son, the eldest prince, began training his body in his teens. At twenty-five, he was sent to a nearby Deserted Island called Demon Island. Conditions there were brutal. The prince had to survive for three years and subdue the island's most powerful beast, making it his fighting companion.
If he succeeded, he would become king at thirty. The old king's other children had two choices: govern other parts of the kingdom as mayors or in similar posts, or support their eldest brother.
And if the eldest prince failed the trial and died? Simple. The second prince took his turn, and so on until a king was chosen.
The king of this country was said to marry over a hundred wives, so heirs were never in short supply.
