A huge, long-beaked bird flew through the sky. Perhaps because it was carrying too many passengers, it let out a low, disgruntled cry.

"Quit complaining, Babaka. Once we get back, you can eat your fill on Food Street for a whole month."

A red-nosed clown on the bird's back soothed it. The bird stopped crying and flew on.

"Buggy, are you sure this is safe? I've got a bad feeling. Last time, at the Golden Battlefield, you said we'd be safe too, but the Thunder Swordsman landed right on our ship! My legs went weak. Do you know that?"

R looked miserable. He couldn't understand what Buggy was doing.

"What do you know? Our forces may be huge now, but we're missing the most important thing."

"The most important thing?" R gave Buggy a puzzled look.

"Exactly. Fame! I may have become a Shichibukai, but people around the world still don't know much about me. This trip is our chance to make my name famous again."

Buggy knew his own limits. He had become famous last time entirely because he'd appeared on camera during the Summit War.
