Werther stepped onto the ground of the Sabaody Archipelago. Resin secreted by the Yarukiman Mangroves covered it completely.
Bubbles formed nearby from time to time, rose into the air, then burst high overhead.
Werther was in the No. 30 Mangrove Zone, surrounded by shops and bustling crowds.
"Who is that? Why does he look familiar?"

The No. 40 to No. 44 Areas lay along the edge of the Sabaody Archipelago. Because they were closer to Fish-Man Island, most Pirates set sail from there.
