Behind the battlefront, in a restaurant.

The war had already broken out, and everyone in Werther's camp had been sent to the battlefield. Only a few scattered patrol guards remained behind the lines.

The Straw Hat Pirates had chosen the restaurant as a temporary refuge because it was spacious and well stocked with food.

Luffy and Franky sat around the restaurant with nothing to do. Before leaving, Nami had warned them not to leave it under any circumstances.

The pain of losing his crewmates had taught Luffy just how dangerous Dressrosa was.

Luffy did not want to lose anyone else. He never wanted to feel that pain again.

In a corner of the restaurant, Sanji sat slumped on the floor, bandages wrapped around his chest.

Sanji had nearly died when Nami attacked him by surprise, but his tenacious will to live had kept him going.

Sanji had not told the others what happened. He had sensed that the Nami who attacked him was not the kind navigator he knew.

Nine pirates had sailed to the island. Now only six remained. A third of the crew would stay in Dressrosa forever.

"It's been so many days. Do you think Nami's all right?"

Pudding was weak and visibly agitated. As she spoke, she tried to stand.

Overusing her ability during her captivity had caused irreversible damage to her body. She had almost no fighting strength left and was thoroughly frail.

Just as everyone waited anxiously, the restaurant door was pushed open.

Every window in the restaurant had been covered, leaving the room dim. Bright light streamed in through the open doorway.

The silhouettes of two women appeared at the entrance.

A smile spread across Luffy's face.

"Nami! Robin!"

The other Straw Hat Pirates crowded forward, looking at the two women with joy.
