When Robin set foot on Upper Yard, a boundless forest stretched before her. But unlike any forest she had seen before, its trees were absurdly tall.
As far as she could see, there was scarcely a slender tree among them. Even the shortest would take five or six people joining hands to encircle it. And the eels that had swum through the cloud river earlier seemed much bigger than those in the Blue Sea.
It's practically a Godland of giants!
With that thought, Robin carefully recorded these discoveries of archaeological value in her notebook. The Poneglyph was not her only goal on this trip. Both Shandora and Sky Island held immense archaeological value.
With Loa's overwhelming strength to protect her, she did not have to struggle at every step as the Straw Hat Pirates had. Robin was already treating this as a rare, proper archaeological expedition.

A flat-bodied blue shark burst from the cloud river above Robin's head. It opened its fang-filled jaws, ready to swallow her whole.
Here, dangerous sharks did not come only from the rivers below. They could come from overhead, too.

Robin turned and gave her assessment.
The next instant, an Ice Pillar shot up and impaled the shark in midair. Not a drop of blood escaped. The Sky Shark struggled a few times before the light faded from its eyes, its body radiating a piercing chill.
"Watch out. There are plenty of dangerous animals around here."
Loa clapped his hands, shaking off the bits of ice.
"Mm, thank you, Lord Loa." Robin smiled and nodded, then crouched down to continue studying the ground beneath her feet. Faint lines showed through the dirt that almost completely covered the Stone Slabs.
