Far below, on the Blue Sea, Crocodile held a telescope in one hand and turned his head. "It's me, Crocodile."
"Oh, Crocodile. How did it go? Is the mission complete?"
"The mission's complete. We're on our way back." Crocodile lowered the telescope and took the map a Skull Brother handed him. "But Captain, I spotted something interesting. I have a plan, and I'd like your opinion."
"Oh?"
Loa's eyes shifted, and he smiled. "Let's hear it."
"Flamingo Doflamingo controls a lot of territory, doesn't he? He's a Shichibukai, after all." Crocodile studied the sea chart and found an island. Before he could ask, an attendant brought him a detailed map of it.
"We're going to take him out anyway. Why not take his territory while we're at it?"
The map before Crocodile showed an island with a jagged coastline, shaped remarkably like a human tooth.
"I see..." Loa did not answer at once. He thought it over in Stillness.
Doflamingo had to die. That was an unchangeable fact! Anyone who dared protect him would make an enemy of Loa the Ice Dragon!
His reputation on the seas now rivaled that of the Yonko who ruled the New World. No one wanted to find themselves against him!
The World Government must have realized Flamingo's days were numbered. It was already in chaos and had no energy to spare hiding Doflamingo. Now that Loa had "defected" from the Marines, a mere pirate could do as he pleased without so many rules holding him back.
