The bloodied members of God's Army stopped fighting and stared at the platform in disbelief. Loa's coat billowed high in the wind as he sat above them, aloof and imposing as one of the Gods.
But it wasn't Loa's presence that shocked them. It was the figure stuck headfirst in the rubble.
Enel had been hit?
How was that possible?!
They had tried so many times. Not one of their deadly attacks had harmed a hair on Enel's head. Instead, because his body was lightning, anyone who attacked him ended up charred by the current.
To ordinary people who couldn't use Haki, a Logia Devil Fruit user truly was invincible!
If they had seen even the faintest glimmer of hope, they would never have turned their blades on their comrades and killed one another just to reunite with their families.
Yet someone had knocked that invincible Enel into the ruins!!!

While the members of God's Army stood frozen in shock, Enel's exposed feet twitched. Then a violent thunderstorm erupted from where he lay.

Fierce lightning spread in an instant, electrocuting the members of God's Army and dropping them to the ground. The rubble over Enel's head turned to ash in the storm.
He rose slowly, a new expression finally appearing on his face. Dazzling arcs of lightning crawled across it, hiding how badly he had been hurt.
"How did you do that, Blue Sea dweller?!"
He had sensed Loa's attack, but he hadn't dodged. His Logia ability had given him every confidence that Loa would be stunned when the attack passed harmlessly through him.
But he had miscalculated!
He had never imagined he would actually be hit, much less sent headfirst into a pile of rubble!
