First, he had fought the Marine high command and left behind an Ice Domain. Then, on the Day of Disaster, he had single-handedly destroyed Totto Land and carved despair into the hearts of pirates. Every one of those had shaken the seas!
Granted, on his last return to Whole Cake Island, he had only fought a token battle with Charlotte Linlin. But by the numbers, two of his three voyages had been to stir up trouble!
So there was a two-in-three chance he was heading out to cause trouble again!
The thought made Shanks's teeth ache.
Because of Loa's last voyage, Mihawk, who had stopped wanting to fight Shanks after he lost an arm, had unexpectedly dragged him into a duel.

Sure enough, the Dragon Ship sailed steadily onward without so much as a glance their way, cutting through the waves along the Marines' route.
