Loa pointed at himself. "I'm Loa, and you're Loke. We're practically family! What else would you call that? Right—fate!"
"Huh? Is... is that how it works?"
Loke clearly wasn't used to Loa acting so familiar. He tilted his head and looked to the men he had brought, hoping for help. But they wore solemn expressions and were seriously considering whether Loa really was related to him!
Fortunately, Vice Admiral Tsuru stepped in. She cleared her throat. "Let's eat first. Whatever it is, we can discuss it afterward!"
"Right, right! Let's eat!"
Grateful for the excuse, Loke took Loa by the arm. "You've all come a long way. You must be tired. I've prepared dinner for everyone! Eat your fill first!"
"Then don't mind if I do!" Loa looked delighted. He turned and held out his palm for Robin to step onto.
Watching Loa carry Robin toward the dining table in his Dragon King Awakening form, Kizaru glanced sideways. "Looks like he's thrown things off?"
"Yes." A shadow lingered in Vice Admiral Tsuru's eyes, and her voice was heavy. "He isn't the sort to swallow an insult quietly. Where we can't see it, his revenge has already begun!"
"Then our plan..."
"The plan stays the same. Since he spared my life, I'll make sure his scheme fails—and that he regrets his decision!"
As Tsuru and Kizaru spoke in secret, neither knew that Fujitora, not far away, was feeling colder by the moment.
The Giants didn't care about refined cooking. They cared about generous portions! And to fuel their enormous bodies, their meals consisted mostly of meat.
To entertain their guests, Loke had ordered his men to hunt two Sea Kings, but the crowd soon ate them both. Loa ate more than anyone else—almost an entire Sea King by himself!
