By the time the commotion died down, Loa had more than doubled the size of the cave through sheer force. Whatever this mountain was made of, it had held firm through the fight without the slightest sign of collapse.
Returning to human form, Loa glanced at the giant Undead, which had stopped struggling and looked dead. "Can someone explain what's going on here?"
"I was about to ask you the same thing!"
Kizaru was furious. "Who else but you can create Undead? You've got some nerve, setting your sights on Elbaf!"
"If you've got nothing useful to say, shut up!"
Loa raised a fist, and Kizaru's face stiffened as he stopped complaining. Beside him, Fujitora had rested long enough to stand, though barely.
Taking stock of the situation, Fujitora said, "We came here looking for the Dragon-Slaying Sword, but Elbaf's former village chief ambushed us after becoming Undead. Mr. Loa, are you certain you didn't create him?"
"Hey, Fujitora! You're talking too much!"
Loa shot Kizaru another glare, then folded his arms. "The Undead I create all have minds of their own. One look at this mindless, defective specimen tells you he isn't my work."

Loa was a little surprised too. Then he smiled. "In that case, could you tell us what happened to you, former Village Chief Loken?"
