The rest of the Straw Hat Pirates came rushing over. Years ago, Loa had crippled Jabra and the others at Marine Headquarters. Some had died, while the wounded had been quietly disposed of by the World Government. Lucci's new recruits were nowhere near as strong. Even the Devil Fruits they had been given hadn't stopped the Straw Hat Pirates from defeating them with ease.
"You're all here? Good. I'll send you off together!"
Lucci hadn't expected his men to fail to take down even one enemy. His face darkened as his cold gaze swept over the Straw Hat Pirates, and he raised his mechanical arm.
"Sniper King is here!"
Usopp had seen that flash of golden light. Sanji and Luffy had been blown who knew where, all because of Lucci's mechanical arm!
People afraid of dying could sometimes summon tremendous courage. Usopp was one of them.

Lucci forced himself to stay on his feet. Looking at his arm, which was no longer responding properly, he snarled, "You're dead!"
