Robin had recently become obsessed with studying, and Loa had fled to escape her. Everyone knew about it. Seeing the mighty Ice Dragon Loa, emperor of the New World, driven into retreat was a rare sight.
But Simon and the others soon stopped laughing. With Loa gone, Robin turned her attention to them. She wanted to gather different perspectives rather than work in isolation, but before her ideas became public, only a handful of people knew about them. That handful suffered for it!
Enel, the Tyrant who had once ruled Sky Island, had it worst. Robin dragged him in to answer questions every few days. She tore his "God is supreme" arguments to shreds, and he could neither refute her nor vent his frustration elsewhere.
So when Loa appeared above Turtle Island that day, Enel immediately turned into lightning and charged at him.
Startled, Loa had no idea what had gotten into Enel. He instinctively kicked him away.
A little later, Enel, his head swollen, poured out his misery to Loa. "Boss! Brother! Please, I'm begging you! Talk to Lady Robin! She's driving me insane!"
"Is it really that bad?"
Loa raised an eyebrow, baffled.
"Worse than you can imagine!"
Looking at Enel's earnest face, Loa thought for a moment. "Hang in there. It's only a few more months!"
Then he turned and walked away. Enel stared after him in confusion. Once Loa disappeared around the corner, all his resentment came out in a sigh.

Loa had not returned to deal with that. Until Robin calmed down, he had no intention of wading into that mess.
