"Twenty minutes until all the warships reach their assigned positions! Once everyone's in place, we can launch the Buster Call!" Cloak draped over his shoulders, Long Nose Kaku stood beside Rob Lucci and looked toward the Town.
Rob Lucci turned away from the Town. Without looking back, he said, "We've achieved our objective. Let's get ready to leave."
Kaku glanced at the Cylindrical Container strapped to Rob Lucci's back and smiled. "Right. We'd better get out of the attack zone quickly, or we could get caught up in it. A Buster Call attacks indiscriminately, just like it did at Enies Lobby."
After the battle at Enies Lobby, they had lived through a Buster Call themselves. Kaku still remembered it vividly.
That Buster Call had left them blamed and hunted by the World Government. This time would be different: not only would they escape blame, they would earn tremendous credit.
"Let's destroy those pirates' ships on the way. Give them a taste of the Buster Call."
Meanwhile, at the Town's western harbor.
The Blackbeard Pirates seemed remarkably calm as they waited for the outcome of Jesus Burgess's fight. They appeared unconcerned about the impending Buster Call.
In the Town, news that Marine warships were sailing toward them made the atmosphere even more tense. The Marines' arrival weighed on everyone like a boulder pressing against their chests.
The pirates grew more frantic. They looked anxiously to their respective captains, waiting for a decision.
The captains of the dozen-odd pirate crews exchanged glances. All of them felt the pressure of time. Five Marine Vice Admirals were coming. If they did not leave now, they might never get the chance.
