But near noon, after talking all morning, Buggy's throat had gone dry. He decided to take a break and ordered Cabaji and the others to prepare a lavish feast for the pirates who had come from afar. Then he hurried into a room.

"Get all the treasure in here, quick."

Hard as he stepped inside, Buggy gave the order.

Once the treasure from the trades was carried in, the chests Hard opened, and the room was instantly filled with a dazzling gleam from the jewels and gold. At some point, a man had appeared on a beam above him. He sat astride it, smiling down at Buggy.

"You?"

The sight of Ye Chen made Buggy bristle. The man appeared like a ghost. Buggy had no idea what he wanted, but an ominous feeling crept over him.

"My name is Ye Chen. I'm the captain of the Grim Reaper Pirates. A pleasure to meet you."

Ye Chen floated down from the beam and landed without a sound. Smiling, he pointed at the chests brimming with treasure.

"Buggy, half of that should be mine, shouldn't it?"

"What? Half is yours? What nonsense! This treasure is all mine. Get out, or
