"Okay. Give me some time," Ye Chen said with a nod.
Little Zhuge chuckled. "Once you've chosen, you can take them straight out."
Ye Chen put down the Den Den Mushi and turned to Magellan. His expression was grim.
Magellan gritted his teeth in anger. He looked as though he had plenty to say, but Little Zhuge had made the decision. No matter what Magellan did, he knew Northern Owl would not change his mind.
"Hannibal, take Ye Chen to choose the prisoners. I'm going to arrest Shiryu."
After giving Hannibal his orders, Magellan hurried out of the office. Hannibal promptly sidled up to Ye Chen with an ingratiating smile and offered him another cigar.
"Brother Chen, I never imagined you were friends with the Celestial Dragons—or that you had ties to the Dragon Mansion. That's impressive."
Hannibal did not know the truth. From what he could see, though, Ye Chen was on good terms with the people of the Dragon Mansion.
