Magellan was crouched on the toilet when he heard someone calling for him. He pulled back the curtain and stuck his head out.
Seeing Hannibal rushing over, Magellan grunted and asked sternly, "What's got you so worked up? Can't you see I'm busy?"
Hannibal opened his mouth to speak, but a wave of stench hit him. Coughing, he covered his nose and backed away. "Fleet Admiral Sengoku just sent orders from Headquarters. We're to release Mo Liuya and restore his status as a Shichibukai."
"What?"
Magellan thought he had misheard. "Is that true? We're releasing Moria?"
Hannibal nodded emphatically. "Crocodile quit the Shichibukai for some reason. The higher-ups are desperate, and time is short. They say it's the only way to keep things stable."
Once he had finished in the bathroom, Magellan hurried to his office and checked with Brannew, the news officer at Headquarters. When he confirmed Hannibal wasn't joking, his expression turned grim. With a helpless sigh, he gathered his men and headed for the Sixth Level, the Infinite Level of Hell.
At Moria's cell, Magellan found him sleeping without a care. He grunted. "Moria, it's your lucky day. The higher-ups have decided to let you out and reinstate you as a Shichibukai!"
"Hm...?"
Moria's eyes lit up, and he sat bolt upright. "Magellan, you diarrhea-ridden bastard, you're not messing with me, are you? Kishishishi... If you've got nothing better to do, leave me alone. Can't you see I'm sleeping?"
"Open the door," Magellan ordered a guard.
