Her voice rang out behind him. This is bad, Zephyr thought. He spun around and hurled his crushing arm at her, but Spoon Aunt moved as lightly as a butterfly. She leaped onto the arm, used it as a springboard, and kicked Zephyr in the neck.

Spoon Aunt landed without a sound. She took a leisurely drag of her cigarette, glanced at Zephyr, and smiled. "Zephyr, you're old. There's no use denying it."
