Ye Chen heard every word War Wolf and the others said. Blackbeard's appearance had caught him off guard, too.
They had fought side by side on Sabaody, but Ye Chen had since learned that Blackbeard had killed Thatch, the Whitebeard Pirates' Fourth Division commander, betrayed the Whitebeard Pirates, and captured Ace and Luffy. Ye Chen had no fondness left for him. Given the chance, he wouldn't mind teaching Blackbeard a lesson.
But rescuing the others came first. Ye Chen had no attention to spare for anything else.
When Magellan returned, everyone looked at him anxiously. He hurried to reassure them. "I've released Shiryu. He should be able to hold Blackbeard off for now."
War Wolf nodded. "Then we can't waste any time. We need to finish this fast!"
He surged forward. Metal roared as his body transformed into its Steel Armor form, a dazzling suit of armor gleaming with blinding metallic light.
War Wolf's feet flew. The ground cracked beneath every step. Like a massive Steel-Armored Monster, he reached Lü Zhuo in an instant.
Lü Zhuo raised an eyebrow, fierce fighting spirit burning across his stern face. All he could do was push forward, no matter who stood in his way. Anyone who tried to stop him would get no mercy.

War Wolf hurled a punch at him. Lü Zhuo met it with one of his own. Their fists collided with a deafening boom, and the air around them seemed ready to burst.
Sand sprayed and a shock wave rose, throwing up a cloud of dust that swallowed everything around them. Through it all, their fists remained locked together.
