The protective barriers on either side opened up, much like the structure of the Baratie Restaurant. But while the Baratie's expanded sections were wooden, the Death God's were steel plates.
With a loud metallic creak, the Death God doubled in size. Its deck was as spacious as a small soccer field. Soldiers of the Vinsmoke Family swarmed aboard, but Ye Chen had no intention of fighting. He found a lounge chair and settled in to watch the show.
"Negative Hollow!"
A dozen or so soldiers rushed Perona. She floated in midair like a butterfly and snapped her fingers. The soldiers promptly dropped to their knees in unison.
"Damn it! Our lives are worthless! The whole world is laughing at us!"
Perona was delighted. She let out her bell-like "horo horo" laugh, then suddenly sensed someone peeking at her. She looked down, and a certain someone hastily averted his eyes, putting on an earnest expression.
Ye Chen was hardly alone. Anyone would have done the same. Perona never dressed conservatively, and she was always floating overhead. Look up from below, and there were her impossibly short shorts.
