Ye Chen stood with his hands on his hips, glaring at Koala. He wanted to drag her out of the covers and throw her out the window.
But Koala yawned and said with an innocent look, "Ye Chen, please don't make me leave. I haven't slept in two days."
Koala was an elite member of the Revolutionary Army's intelligence division. She had slipped into the Holy Land well ahead of time and managed to get close to the Royal Family, but she hadn't dared let her guard down for a moment. As a woman, even finding a place to sleep comfortably had become an impossible luxury.
Once she reached Ye Chen's room, her taut nerves finally relaxed. Before long, Koala fell asleep with a sweet smile on her full, alluring lips.
Ye Chen was angry, but he couldn't actually throw her outside. He didn't want to sleep on the cold floor either. Fortunately, the bed was large, so they each took one side.
The night passed quietly. The next morning, Ye Chen felt something lying on top of him, soft and yielding as a bundle of cotton.
He caught a faint, pleasant fragrance. When he opened his eyes, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Koala clung to him like an octopus, her eyes tightly shut and her body pressed against his.
She was wearing underwear, but it had long since slipped out of place, revealing things it should and shouldn't have. One glance left Ye Chen staring in a daze.
Koala's skin was smooth, luminous, and dazzlingly fair. Her breasts pressed against him as she held him so tightly that he could barely draw a full breath.
Ye Chen wanted to push her away, but she was sleeping so peacefully that he couldn't bring himself to do it.
