Luo Lin waved a hand. Blanchi hurriedly led the others out without making a sound. Everyone held their breath and stepped lightly, afraid to cause the slightest noise.
Only after they had all left did Stone dare raise his head. The room was magnificent, with carved beams, painted rafters, and lavish furnishings. Exquisite glass adorned the ceiling, and an enormous chandelier hung at its center, inlaid with gold and silver and glittering in a dazzling array of colors.
A plush, elegant carpet covered the floor. The room was crowded with a dizzying array of furniture and collectibles.
Luo Lin lay on her side upon a couch, dressed in a translucent gauze gown. Propping her cheek on one hand, she smiled at Stone. Her face was breathtakingly beautiful. After one glance, Stone hurriedly lowered his head.
His heart pounded like waves crashing inside his chest.
Stone was shy to begin with, and Luo Lin's seductive beauty was flawless. One look into those captivating eyes had thrown his thoughts into disarray.
She wore a silk nightgown that exposed her smooth calves. A heart-shaped cutout at the front revealed her ivory-white neck and the upper part of her chest. Colorful gems adorned the gown, while a gleaming gold hairpin and a red rose decorated her thick black hair.
Her delicate oval face framed a pair of watery eyes brimming with allure and desire. She had a small, dainty nose and lips like thin slivers of red coral. A few pearl-like teeth showed between them. Words could hardly describe her beauty, and she looked remarkably young, full of vitality.
"What's your name?"
Her lips parted, her breath soft and fragrant, as Luo Lin fixed her gaze on Stone.
Stone kept his head down, his face burning red and his expression hopelessly lovestruck.
