The two Tigers charged at Lightman like the wind, carrying a rank, bloody stench. Night Demon followed at an unhurried pace.
Lightman was strong, but Night Demon was no weakling. Holding him off would be no trouble at all.
"Fleet Admiral Aokiji, what should we do? This is a perfect opportunity. Shouldn't we send in the troops and wipe them all out?"
Momonga looked at Aokiji anxiously.
Aokiji shook his head and scratched his unruly hair out of habit. "The Marines shouldn't step in right now. Besides, the more fiercely these people fight, the better for us."
Aokiji left the rest unsaid, but Momonga understood. They were all vicious criminals. If they slaughtered one another, the government could sit back and watch the Tigers fight.
"I understand, Fleet Admiral Aokiji!" Momonga nodded, then hurried out of the office.
"Stop chasing me! Help! You bastards, why do you always pick on someone weaker than you?" Nami had barely escaped one group before another spotted her. Dozens of underlings surrounded her like hungry Tigers. She stuck out her tongue, her delicate brows knitting together.
"Get her! Capture her!"
"Woohoo!" The underlings rushed in, grinning. Suddenly, a white crane swooped down from the sky. A fierce gust swept across the ground, knocking the men off balance and filling their eyes with dust.
"What's going on?" Mark, their leader, shouted.
"I don't know! A huge white crane appeared out of nowhere!"
"Where is it?" When the dust settled, they stared in shock. The crane had already flown away with Nami on its back.
After delivering Nami safely to the ship, the white crane returned to the battlefield.
"Slash Wave!" Ye Chen's battle with Holly, the Blind Swordsman, had reached a fever pitch.
His sword swept out, sending a brilliant arc of energy
