Chapter 81: Dao Xuan Points Out the Causes and Effects, and Hong Yun Panics
Dao Xuan did not say much more, either, as he pointed a finger toward Zhen Yuanzi, and instantly, Zhen Yuanzi felt many insights regarding the Earth Law appear within his mind.
These insights were naturally those that Dao Xuan himself had obtained through comprehending the Earth Law. Yet even if Dao Xuan passed these insights on to Zhen Yuanzi, Zhen Yuanzi still had to slowly absorb them himself. This was much like the lectures at Zixiao Palace-simply transmitting them was useless, and one still had to comprehend them anew for oneself.
The advantage, however, was that the insights Dao Xuan gave him would persist, unlike listening to a lecture which only happened once; instead, he could repeatedly contemplate them.
Dao Xuan then glanced at Hong Yun and similarly pointed a finger, passing his insights into the three laws of wind, water, and fire on to Hong Yun as well.
Neither Zhen Yuanzi nor Hong Yun had expected Dao Xuan to be so direct and so extraordinarily generous.
This was Dao Xuan's personal comprehension of the Four Great Laws, yet he was passing it on to them without the slightest reservation.
For a moment, both of them felt boundless gratitude toward Dao Xuan and hurriedly stood up to bow in thanks.
"There is no need for that."
Dao Xuan stopped them, saying, "My helping you is, in truth, also helping myself. In the future, once you prove the Dao, I will have a few more fellow daoists and won't be quite so lonely."
As Dao Xuan said this, he felt a trace of emotional sighing; the Great Dao was difficult, and the further one progressed, the more solitary one usually became.
Take right now, for instance: across
