"It's called honesty," the woman said with a smile.
Hornard's eyes widened. "You!"
"Enough of that. Let's get to the point," Xia Lun cut in, his voice grave. "I saw a strange cow in the cowshed just now. Hornard, it seemed to know you. It kept trying to talk to you. And considering the strange cowhide in the corner of the shed and the skinned dead cow where the security consultant disappeared, I think there's a good chance that cow used to be human."
