Arc 3The Uchiha Rise
Hane used Danzo’s crimes to seize leadership of the Uchiha and weaken the Hokage’s authority, while gaining support through reforms, business, and alliances. The arc ended with the clan expanding beyond Konoha as the village gathered to witness the execution of Case 414’s surviving criminals.
- Hane exposed Danzo’s experiments and ordered the Uchiha to arrest him, then crushed Danzo and Root with a summoned Wind Ghost.
- Hane revealed that Danzo had survived through Izanagi and used the incident to pressure Sarutobi, while Fugaku agreed to hand the clan leadership to his son.
- Fugaku made Hane clan head, and Hane united the Uchiha, called for them to pursue control of Konoha, and led them to the Shinobi Conference.
- Hane challenged the village leadership over Danzo and the Anbu, and Sarutobi agreed to reduce the Anbu and restrict its powers.
- Hane and Hiashi proposed a clan-led Military Police Force and a Hokage assistant position, while Sarutobi retained his office and scheduled a vote for the new position.
- Hane opened Military Police Force posts to other clans, established new ranks and training, and expanded the Uchiha’s business with medicines and plans to trade in the capital.
- Shisui led Uchiha members out of the village to develop the clan’s business, while the Military Police Force announced the public execution of Case 414’s surviving criminals.
