She had only said that she and Silver were biological siblings who had been kidnapped by human traffickers, barely managed to escape, and could not find their parents. In short, she made it sound as pitiful as possible, as likely as possible to stir up someone's protective instincts. Though it was not far from the truth. Lies had to be a mix of truth and falsehood for people to believe them.
