The students whispered among themselves. Wobbuffet was the kind of Pokémon that was difficult to use well, but incredibly strong when used properly. However, since it had no offensive means and could only defend passively, its shortcomings were obvious, so hardly anyone chose that kind of Pokémon.
It was indeed easy to counter.
Dark-type special attacks and Ghost-type physical attacks weren't rare, either.
This world didn't limit the number of moves, either. As long as a Pokémon could learn them, even seventy or eighty moves were fine.
Nearby, the challenger's companions looked worried. The three challengers who had battled yesterday wore expressions of rueful admiration. Heiduo's Pokémon were strong because of their endless variety of moves, though Heiduo himself was also an excellent commander.

He had only planned to use two Pokémon in this battle anyway. If the challenger could defeat this remaining one, the badge would be his.
