Scroll of Seals

Hiruzen Sarutobi brought Masayo, Utatane Koharu, and Mitokado Homura into the secret archive. Before Masayo, Utatane Koharu, and Mitokado Homura's disbelieving eyes, Hiruzen Sarutobi opened a Scroll of Seals.

"Scroll of Seals? Sarutobi, what are you doing? The Scroll of Seals records all kinds of dangerous, forbidden techniques that have been sealed away. How could you open something so dangerous?"

"Sarutobi, you're not planning to give the techniques on it to Masayo as a gift, are you? No, he's not even twenty yet. He's still just an underage brat."

Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura understood what Hiruzen Sarutobi intended to do and immediately objected.

After saying that, Hiruzen Sarutobi led out Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura, who still wanted to say something, leaving Masayo alone in the secret archive.

Masayo eagerly picked up the Scroll of Seals, sat down in a chair, spread it open, and laid it on the table.

"I never thought he'd actually let me read the Scroll of Seals! Fine, all my anger is gone now. I forgive you, Lord Hokage!"

Masayo heavily emphasized the words "Lord Hokage." The first technique on the opened scroll was the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique!

The Multiple Shadow Clone Technique required the caster to possess enormous chakra reserves. Once each shadow clone was dispelled, all of its fatigue and negative effects would return to the original body. Masayo immediately skipped over the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique.

"Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is here too!"

Masayo took note of it. He could use this one. This dangerous move worked well with Shadow Clones, but its drawbacks were equally obvious—it was extremely dangerous. Otherwise, it would not have been classified as a forbidden technique.

Masayo continued reading and found another familiar technique: the Flying Thunder God. It also placed extremely high demands on its user. Both Tobirama Senju and Minato Namikaze had learned it because they were compatible with it.

It was precisely because he knew how dangerous the Rasenshuriken was that Masayo had not practiced it. Injecting attribute chakra into the Rasengan would cause the chakra's attribute to harm its user as well. Masayo had tried using fire, and it had burned a layer of skin off his hand.

When he injected Water Attribute chakra, its gentleness instead reduced the Rasengan's own damage, making it worse than the original Rasengan.

Masayo remembered how countless people in his previous life, himself included, had complained: since even the movie The Last could connect to the story, why not continue from Naruto the Movie: The Death of Naruto? The demon from another world clearly had so much potential to explore. Why could they not expand upon that movie with Naruto and Sasuke as the protagonists? Why did they have to make Boruto instead?!

Masayo's expression changed. He had just finished copying Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags onto a scroll. After unfolding the section that recorded the Spirit Transformation Jutsu, his face turned green. There was no way he could finish copying it in less than an hour.

"Good timing. Everyone, I'll copy this slowly. Be sure to look for anything related to Yin–Yang Release."

"Got it!"

Masayo's three Shadow Clones answered in unison.
