The two worlds pressed tightly together underwent violent changes. One was crumbling, and countless fundamental substances of that world were transferred into the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths.
It had to be said that, although this Immortal Domain world was only a small fraction of what it had been at its height, it was still immense-at least nearly ten times larger than the present Nine Heavens and Ten Earths!
For the small to swallow the large, without a Quasi-Immortal Emperor presiding over matters with an excellent appetite, they could only have stared helplessly, or been forced to stitch the worlds together rather than digest one completely to strengthen the other.
Even so, the process lasted an exceedingly long time-a full three hundred years and more!
During this time, the Nine Heavens Great World constantly expanded in size, its interior growing ever more spacious. Within the Greater Universe, the nineteen expanses of heaven and earth also gradually expanded, shrinking the vast starry skies between them until those skies vanished altogether, restoring a single, complete landmass!
"Boom!"
When this boundless land appeared, the myriad paths of the entire universe trembled. All manner of wondrous phenomena unfolded in every corner of the great world, and an inexplicable emotion rose in every living being's heart. Deep within their souls, it felt as though something missing had been restored. They seemed dazed and drowsy, yet peaceful and serene!
"Rumble!"
The River of Time and the configuration of the myriad paths of the Immortal Domain were digested by the will of the Nine Heavens World. As though in a dream, the Great Dao grew more intricate. Invisible shackles dissolved, and the world's origin seethed, drawing close to living beings!
