Around the Withered-Flourishing Bodhi, a world of light unfolded, revealing a boundless Sea of Bitterness. The monk beneath the tree had a halo behind his head that emitted radiant light, illuminating the deep, dark "seawater." Faint points of light seemed to echo in the infinite distance.
The monk expounded endless Scriptures. Sal Tree Flowers condensed in midair into characters as large as buckets, neither Sanskrit nor seal script, yet pointing straight to the heart. They even formed Swastika Symbols.
These golden characters continuously revolved around Ji Hao, sometimes burrowing into him, sometimes flying back out.
Within Ji Hao's mind, immersed in the atmosphere of the Buddha preaching, a great golden Buddha emerged. One hand pointed to Heaven, the other touched the earth. Boundless Zen intent shone through his solemn majesty as a vast, transcendent voice issued from his mouth:
"Above Heaven and below earth, only I am supreme."

At the same time, Ji Hao's mind resonated. He likewise rose to his feet, one hand pointing to Heaven and the other to the earth. It was as though a Buddha land's pure realm blessed him; wherever he passed became Spirit Mountain, became the Other Shore!
