Yu Xiaogang awakened the Golden Sacred Dragon, joined Spirit Hall Academy, and began guiding Hu Liena, Xie Yue, and Ye Lingling. After confronting another Yu Xiaogang over his theories and Luo Sanpao, he secured resources for Tang San but was disowned by Yu Yuanzhen.

• Yu Xiaogang returned to the past and convinced Yu Yuanzhen that Luo Sanpao was the Golden Sacred Dragon, then trained through dragonblood medicinal baths until his awakening.
• Yu Xiaogang awakened the Golden Sacred Dragon with Innate Full Soul Power, gained enhancement-focused Soul Rings and an External Soul Bone, and became the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan’s Young Clan Master.
• Yu Xiaogang rejected the demands of the Yu Xiaogang in Notting City, was expelled from the clan, and accepted Yue Guan’s invitation to Spirit Hall Academy.
• Yu Xiaogang reunited with Bibi Dong, who recognized their past, and he began training Hu Liena while Ye Lingling enrolled at the academy.
• Yu Xiaogang defeated Yan, accepted Xie Yue as his disciple, and supervised painful medicinal-bath treatment intended to help Xie Yue and Hu Liena evolve.
• After two and a half years of training, Yu Xiaogang returned to the clan and confronted the other Yu Xiaogang, who challenged his theories and accused him of neglecting Luo Sanpao.
• Yu Xiaogang told Yu Yuanzhen he had reached Level 30 and needed resources to help Tang San, but Yu Yuanzhen disowned him and forbade him from claiming ties to the Yu Family or sect.

Yu Xiaogang strengthened himself and his allies while securing the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and taking on the Dragon Kings’ power. The arc left Bibi Dong preparing for her next Dark God trial, Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan under Yu Xiaogang’s care, and Yu Xiaogang considering the mystery of Tang San.

• Yu Xiaogang and Yu Yuanzhen searched for the Radiant-Forged Bone Dragon, and Yu Xiaogang absorbed its Soul Ring to gain Ten Thousand Lights Tempering Strength and reach level thirty-four.
• Yu Xiaogang defeated Yu Xunkong in a spar, then revealed Dawn Judgment Light, a Divine Skill, during his battle with Yu Yuanzhen.
• Yu Xiaogang told Bibi Dong about his rebirth and Divine Power, and she revealed her Rakshasa God Trial was harming her through amplified negative emotions.
• The Dark God erased Bibi Dong’s Rakshasa Divine Sense and made her his successor, while the Light God granted Yu Xiaogang the Light Nine Trials.
• Yu Xiaogang brought Yu Yuanzhen and Bibi Dong to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, where the Ice Dragon King and Fire Dragon King reunited with him and merged with him.
• Bibi Dong defeated Dugu Bo at the herb garden, but Yu Xiaogang offered to cure his poison in exchange for his service as a guest elder and help for Dugu Yan.
• Yu Xiaogang used Immortal Herbs to help Yu Yuanzhen reach Level 96, and Bibi Dong healed her injuries, reached Level 96, and completed the Dark God’s First Trial.
• Yu Xiaogang gave Bibi Dong an herb to prepare for her next trial, provided Immortal Herbs for Nana, Xie Yue, and Lingling, and arranged for Dugu Yan to consume Purple-Gold Dragon Ginseng.

Yu Xiaogang strengthened his students, obtained his fourth Soul Ring, and entered Slaughter City to begin the Light God’s trial. He amassed victories and Soul Bones there as Bibi Dong guarded him from outside, while the gods debated his role and Tang San’s potential.

• Yu Xiaogang confronted Qian Daoliu and the Worship Hall Elders, then Bibi Dong arrived and took him back to the Papal Palace.
• Yu Xiaogang trained Xie Yue, Hu Liena, and Ye Lingling, then took Xie Yue to the Soul Hunting Forest, where Xie Yue defeated Tang San and obtained his third Soul Ring.
• Yu Xiaogang defeated Flender, revealed Tang San’s Blue Silver Emperor martial soul to Tang Hao, and trained Xie Yue to develop his fighting skills.
• Yu Xiaogang reached level forty and hunted with Bibi Dong, killing a Gilded Ancestral Dragon and gaining Dragon Blood Ascension as his fourth Soul Skill.
• The Light God set Yu Xiaogang’s third trial as clearing Slaughter City, and Yu Xiaogang and Bibi Dong entered the city after he left plans for his students and a letter for Yu Yuanzhen.
• Yu Xiaogang won ten consecutive Hell Slaughter Arena matches, while Bibi Dong threatened the King of Slaughter and began her second Dark Trial.
• Yu Xiaogang claimed a residence by killing its Soul Douluo owner and a concealed Soul Saint, taking their Soul Bones, then continued winning arena matches.
• Yu Xiaogang completed three more arena matches in one day and prepared to fight the fallen ones blocking his exit.
