Mind Stone Heat Vision, Closing the Portal

Under the Avengers' watchful eyes.

Lin Feng shot straight toward the Portal without hesitation.

His figure quickly vanished from everyone's sight.

"What did he mean by bringing them a big gift?"

On the ground, Natasha looked at Captain America in confusion.

Steve was still gasping for breath and responded with a question mark of his own.

"How would I know?"

"Aren't any of you worried about him?"

"The other side of the Portal is space, right?"

Steve felt Natasha's question had gone off track.

In his eyes, what Lin Feng was doing was practically suicide.

What surprised him was that no one seemed worried?

"No need to worry, Captain!"

Iron Man's voice came through the comms.

"The environment of space isn't a problem for Lin Feng!"

"He often goes into space to bask in the sun."

"Instead of worrying about him, we should deal with these ugly aliens on the ground first!"

Hearing Tony's answer, Steve's face was filled with question marks.

After Lin Feng flew into the Portal, his earpiece cut out.

Countless Leviathans carrying the Chitauri Army were flying toward the Portal.

Behind them was a massive H-shaped spacecraft.

It was the Chitauri Army's Mothership!

Leviathans carrying the army were still continuously flying out of the Mothership!

At this rate, the Avengers wouldn't finish them off even after several more days!

The Chitauri Army also noticed Lin Feng.

At a command from the Mothership.

They directed the Leviathan beasts toward Lin Feng.

Lin Feng had no intention of dealing with them.

He did not want to fight the Chitauri Army in space.

With so many of them, when would he ever finish?

His target was the Mothership.

As long as he blew up the Mothership, the Chitauri Army would turn into a pile of sludge!

Lin Feng stared intently at the massive Mothership behind the army.

In the original story, Tony had destroyed the Mothership with a nuclear missile.

However, due to Lin Feng's butterfly effect, the nuclear missile had never been launched.

But Lin Feng still had a way to destroy the Mothership.

With a thought, he activated the Mind Stone.

In an instant.

The Mind Stone on his wristguard bloomed with yellow light, growing brighter and brighter.

Orange-red energy ravaged the hull without restraint.

Before it even had time to explode, it was completely swallowed by the energy.

The massive Mothership instantly turned to ash and vanished into space.

What terrifying energy. Lin Feng felt that if he had possessed such power in the DC Universe.

Clark would probably have had to die one more time...

The instant the Mothership disappeared, countless Chitauri soldiers became like machines that had lost power.

They collapsed at once.

The Leviathan army in space lost all signs of life and drifted like ghosts.

They were no longer a threat.

On Earth, the Avengers who were still fighting fiercely watched the alien invaders who had been full of life just moments ago.

All slump to the ground in the next second.

The Chitauri riding their flying vehicles.

And the massive Leviathans.

All fell from the sky.

The sudden change left everyone stunned.

Natasha and the others instinctively looked toward the Portal.

"Lin Feng succeeded?"

Someone said it, though no one knew who.

"JARVIS?" Tony called out inside his helmet.

The highly intelligent JARVIS immediately understood what he meant.

"Sir, confirmed. All alien lifeforms have lost their vital signs!"

After receiving confirmation, the Avengers collectively let out a long breath.

Their taut nerves finally relaxed.

Exhaustion made them sit down on the ground to rest.

"He really did it!"

Everyone marveled at Lin Feng's overwhelming combat strength.

"Why hasn't the Portal closed yet?" Steve asked. He noticed that the Portal had not changed at all.

"Didn't Lin Feng say he had a way?" Natasha leaned against a wrecked vehicle, looking up at the Portal in the sky.

"Let's wait for him to return!"

At that, the few people resting on the ground said nothing more, merely turning their eyes toward the Portal again.

Everyone was waiting for Lin Feng to come back.

After a while, Thor suddenly raised his hammer and pointed.

"He's back!"

Sharp-eyed Thor spotted Lin Feng's figure.

Sure enough, everyone saw that familiar black figure fly back through the Portal.

It was Lin Feng.

Lin Feng flew back and slowly landed atop Stark Tower.

He still needed to shut down the Portal before this could truly be over.

"I'll take a look!"

Leaving those words behind, Tony controlled his armor and shot into the sky.

With a thud.

Tony landed on top of the building as well.

Lin Feng was standing beside the transmission device.

But what Tony could not understand was.

Lin Feng had not immediately closed the Portal.

Instead, he was rubbing his eyes frantically with both hands?

What was that supposed to be?

"Hey, buddy! What's wrong with your eyes?"

Tony greeted him as he walked over.

"Hm?" Hearing Tony's voice, Lin Feng instinctively raised his head.

"What the fuck?" Tony stared at Lin Feng's eyes in shock.

They looked as if he had pink eye. His eye sockets were red, and tears were even streaming down uncontrollably.

"Did something hit you in the eyes?" Tony asked uncertainly, though he was already thinking to himself.

Could Lin Feng's weakness be his eyes?

Lin Feng also felt the discomfort in his eye sockets.

It was his first time using the Mind Stone.

Lin Feng had failed to control the degree of power.

He had channeled too much energy, and his eyes still had not recovered.

"I'm fine!" Lin Feng said as he rubbed his eyes.

"How is it? Are all those Chitauri dead?"

Tony nodded at that. "Yes, they're lying on the ground without moving! How did you do it?"

Lin Feng blinked, and the pain eased somewhat.

"I blew up their Mothership. I overused my Heat Vision!" Lin Feng said, pointing at his eyes.

Just as he had expected.

After the Chitauri Mothership disappeared.

The entire Chitauri Army went offline.

"Fine, I'm not surprised!"

"After all, you're a monster!"

Tony pointed at the transmission device to remind him.

"Now, shouldn't we figure out a way to shut this thing down?"

Lin Feng nodded and stepped forward two paces.

"Don't worry, I have a way to shut it down!"

It was time to close this Portal.

Lin Feng raised his left hand, which wore the wristguard.

The Mind Stone glowed once again.

The energy shield that even Iron Man's Palm Cannon could not damage.

He grabbed the Tesseract and yanked it out.
