In the vast universe,
Sanctuary II slowly moved forward.
On the throne inside the spaceship,
sat a heavily built, purple-skinned giant Titan with vertical stripes on his chin.
He was none other than Thanos, an outcast of the Eternals.
Below the throne stood his daughters,
green-skinned Gamora,
half-human, half-machine Nebula,
and his loyal dog, Ebony Maw.
In front of everyone,
a giant screen played a video.
In the footage, a Blue Star human wearing a black combat suit and a large "S" symbol on his chest floated in front of the Chitauri mothership.
His eyes glowed orange-red and bright.
Light of near-substantial form shot from his eyes,
destroying all the Leviathan beasts along the way.
Under the beam, the Chitauri mothership lasted less than a second before turning to powder and disappearing without a trace.
This footage played on a loop.
Thanos wore a gloomy face and watched it back and forth.
"My great master!"
Ebony Maw placed one hand on his left chest and bowed respectfully as he spoke.
"It is this human who caused the failure of the plan."
"He coveted the Mind Stone!"
"He must pay with his life to appease the master's wrath!"
As a loyal servant by Thanos's side, he dutifully licked his master's boots.
"Father!"
Nebula turned around, knelt on one knee, lowered her head, and spoke with equal reverence.
"Please let me go to Earth, twist off his head, and bring back the Mind Stone to offer to you!"
She eagerly wanted to show off and prove herself before Thanos,
to prove that she was his most capable daughter, and that she was stronger than Gamora!
Thanos looked expressionlessly at Nebula and Ebony Maw, remaining silent for a long moment.
"My daughter, I have other arrangements for you..."
"The Mind Stone... will stay on Earth for now."
"When the time comes, I will retrieve it myself!"
As his words fell, Thanos paid them no more mind.
He cast his gaze back toward the screen.
It seemed that another powerful entity had appeared on Blue Star.
The Ancient One, the Sorcerer Supreme! Odin, the King of Gods!
They were the primary reasons he had not personally traveled to the Nine Realms.
These two ancient beings were not easy to deal with...
Loki's failure was something he had foreseen long ago.
That adopted son of Odin only knew how to play ridiculous little tricks.
The Chitauri invasion was merely a probing pawn for him.
Thanos had never held a shred of hope for their playing-house kind of plan.
Thanos had his own plan. Judging by the current progress, aside from the appearance of that powerful human, there hadn't been too many variables.
He decided to acquire the other stones first.
As for Blue Star, when the time was ripe, he would make a trip there himself...
On Blue Star, S.H.I.E.L.D. and the U.S. Government were handling the aftermath.
Major television stations reported on the ruins and wreckage of the scene.
Discussions about the Avengers and Superman reached the absolute heavens.
The arrival of aliens made countless citizens feel as though they were in a dream.
Authoritative media criticized the destruction caused by the Avengers,
while citizens thanked the members of the Avengers in return.
These two completely contrasting voices spread across the globe.
Meanwhile, the Avengers, who were the protagonists of the news,
including Lin Feng, were resting inside Stark Tower.
Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Thor stood in front of Lin Feng looking battered and bruised.
"Black-haired boy, I'll say it again!"
Wielding Thor's Hammer, he wore a gloomy expression.
"The Space Stone belongs to Asgard! You have no right to keep it for yourself!"
"I'll say it again, hand him over!"
Lin Feng lazily leaned back on the sofa, casting a look full of disdain at Thor.
On his bracer, three stones quietly rested:
the yellow Mind Stone, the blue Space Stone, and the red Special Kryptonite.
After dragging the Tesseract out, he crushed the cube, extracted the Space Stone, and embedded it into his bracer.
Just like the Mind Stone, its energy was slowly strengthening Lin Feng's abilities.
How could Lin Feng possibly hand it over to Thor?
With meat already in his mouth, did Thor still want to yank it back out?
"You say it belongs to Asgard, do you have proof?"
"You!"
The veins on the hand with which Thor gripped Thor's Hammer bulged.
He wanted to ruthlessly teach this shameless black-haired boy a lesson.
This was the second time he had demanded the Space Stone from Lin Feng.
The first time, Lin Feng had kicked him right out of the tower.
That kicking speed was so fast that Thor hadn't even caught it.
Although he didn't want to admit it, he couldn't beat Lin Feng...
Lin Feng didn't care what Odin's mentally challenged eldest son thought.
If Thor didn't know what was good for him, Lin Feng wouldn't mind treating him to another kick.
"Hey! Hey! Hey!"
Seeing that the two of them were getting angrier, Iron Man Tony stepped forward to save his Stark Tower.
He squeezed between the two of them, stretching out his hands to separate them by some distance.
"Calm down, you two!"
"You just finished a fight, aren't you tired?"
"How about this, let me say a fair word!"
Tony spoke self-righteously, then stretched out a finger to point at Thor.
"Lin Feng is stronger than you, and I think everyone agrees on that!"
The first sentence made Thor's gaze turn cold.

Lin Feng could fly out into the universe and blow up the Chitauri mothership,
whereas what had Thor done on Blue Star? He merely killed a few Chitauri and got stabbed by his own brother.
Which of them was strong and which was weak was indeed beyond question.
The others' reactions greatly satisfied Tony.
He turned his head and spread his hands toward Thor.
"Look, everyone thinks so!"
"Let's break down this disaster further!"
"It was brought by Asgard's second prince, your brother!"
"Countless people died because of your brother, and even Blue Star's coordinates might have been exposed, right?"
"He's an adopted son!" Thor stammered, his face turning red with helpless defense.
The moment the words left his mouth, he regretted them and subconsciously glanced to the side.
Loki, wearing handcuffs, stood right there, stabbing him with a gaze full of disdain.
"Fine, fine, but he's still your brother, you can't deny that!"
Thor nodded with a gloomy face.
Tony continued, "This disaster was caused by your brother!"
"And the one who put an end to this disaster is Lin Feng!"
"I suppose nobody here denies that, right?"
Everyone nodded subconsciously once more.
Tony clapped his hands together.
"Well, isn't that clear then?"
"As the protagonist who settled this disaster, Lin Feng—"
"He has the right to handle this stone, doesn't he?"
How sharp was Iron Man Tony's tongue?
When it came to running one's mouth, who present could outtalk him?
Not to mention, what Tony was saying right now was the truth!
On one side were unfamiliar Asgardians, and the main culprits who provoked this disaster to boot.
On the other side was their good friend and savior, Lin Feng.
Whom to help and whom not to help—Tony was as clear on that as a mirror.
After this whole speech, everyone felt it made a lot of sense.
Only Thor's face flushed from start to finish.
"However, the Space Stone has always belonged to Asgard..."
Thor's voice grew smaller and less reasonable as he spoke.
Lin Feng grew somewhat impatient with Thor's forced justifications.
He stood up, his aura fully unleashed.
"Then let me tell you, it doesn't belong to Asgard anymore!"
"Since it appeared on Blue Star, that just means you failed to guard it properly!"
"I hand it to you, and you'll just lose it again?"
With that, Lin Feng sneered coldly and added, "Besides, the Infinity Stones never had any true owners in the first place."
"You only kept them in your custody for a period of time! Saying it belongs to Asgard?"
"Aren't you ashamed?!"
The combined bombardment from Lin Feng and Tony completely sank Thor, leaving him unable to utter a single word.
For a moment, the entire room fell silent.
Seeing that Thor had nothing more to say, Loki, standing off to the side, hopped right out with eyes full of mockery.
"Poor son of Odin! It's one thing to lose to a Blue Star person in a fight, but you don't even understand basic reason."
"If word gets out, who knows how many Asgardians' teeth will fall out from laughter!"
"Shut your mouth!" Thor snapped in anger and humiliation, grabbing a gagging device and slapping it right over Loki's mouth...
