After Luke upgraded his Conversion Module and rested, a Dark Dimension carrying a remnant of Dormammu crossed into the Marvel Universe, and Luke sensed it approaching under his control.

  • The Ancient One explained that Wanda was born with Chaos Magic and invited her to study at Kamar-Taj, while Pietro took her aside to discuss the offer.
  • Wanda persuaded Pietro that they should stay and become stronger, partly to pursue revenge against Tony Stark, and they explored the streets to learn about Kamar-Taj.
  • The Ancient One explained that Wanda needed training to guard against dangerous influences and proposed powering the Earth Defense Formation with Dark Energy so Luke's strength would not be restricted.
  • Luke bought and enhanced ordinary Shadow Ninjas to raise his energy supply, then agreed to help the Ancient One modify the formation.
