Background

The Luo God Clan traces its lineage to the ancient Luo God, a Saint Grade Heavenly Sovereign counted among the Great Thousand World’s greatest experts. She and many of the clan’s Heavenly Sovereigns fought the Extraterrestrial Evil Clan; Luo God ultimately fell after battling several Heavenly Demon Emperors. Her sacrifice remains central to the clan’s identity and its enduring hostility toward the invaders 1 47 98.

After Luo God’s fall, her essence was believed to merge with the Luo River surrounding Luo God City. The river became the clan’s sacred inheritance site and can respond only to exceptionally pure Luo God bloodlines 102.

By the present era, the clan had declined severely. Luo Cangqiong, a prodigy considered capable of becoming a Heavenly Sovereign, was killed through a scheme involving the Blood God, Strength God, and Bone God Clans. His death left Luo Tianshen—already afflicted with Blood Demon Poison—to resume leadership while the royal direct line and collateral branches contested authority 47 93 101 102.

Royal Direct Line

The direct imperial line holds the purest Luo God Bloodline and is uniquely qualified to cultivate the Luo God Scripture and receive the Luo God Inheritance. Luo Li, the royal line’s most gifted descendant in nearly a thousand years, was designated as the future Luo God Empress because of her bloodline and potential 1 46 102.

The offices of clan leader and Luo God Empress are distinct. Luo Tianshen continued handling clan affairs after Luo Li’s ascent, allowing her to pursue greater cultivation while serving as the clan’s supreme future pillar 47 104.

Collateral Branches

Three major collateral branches grew stronger while the royal line weakened. Their Lower Earthly Sovereign elders attempted to use the clan crisis to pressure the direct line into splitting the Luo God Clan 105.

Luo Li suppressed all three elders with her Luo God Bloodline and Lower Earthly Sovereign pressure, forcing their submission. She declared that treason, division, and violations of clan rules would be punished regardless of lineage 105 106.
