After an unknowable span of time, once the two firstborn gods had explored the entire Douluo Chaos Universe, they came to understand the responsibilities they bore.

The being named the Creator God was responsible for creating worlds and living beings for the entire Douluo Chaos Universe.

The being named the God of Heavenly Guard was responsible for protecting the entire Douluo Chaos Universe and the worlds that had been created, while also destroying worlds that evolved excessively and became threats.

From then on, the Creator God created an incomparably vast world named Creation Continent.

At the same time, upon Creation Continent, the Creator God used himself and the God of Heavenly Guard as prototypes to create the first five beings, granting them names and responsibilities.

Their names were Taiyi, Taichu, Taishi, Taisu, and Taiji.

With the help of Genesis Continent's Core Key, the five firstborn Tai gods led all living beings on Creation Continent in a desperate, all-out resistance. Taishi, the god who governed creation, had his Godhood shattered into the Godhoods of Life and Destruction.

Taisu, the god who governed good and evil, likewise had her Godhood shattered into the Godhoods of Kindness and Evil.

Taiji, the god who governed laws, had his Godhood shattered and perished directly, completely returning to the Douluo Chaos Universe.

More than ninety percent of the life races on Creation Continent went extinct, while Creation Continent itself shattered completely into countless planets that thereafter drifted throughout the Douluo Universe.

However, after endless ages, Genesis Continent's Core Key gradually became a living planet named Dragon God Continent, which could also be called Douluo Continent.

Time was meaningless in chaos. Over endless ages, a dragon-like being endured countless hardships and unexpectedly arrived at the core of Douluo Star—the former Genesis Continent's Core Key.

After receiving an inheritance there and cultivating for an unknown number of years, this dragon-like being successfully broke through to the Realm of the Five Primordials. Thus, he named himself the Dragon God.

He also named his race the Dragon Race, while all beast-type creatures that had not yet reached the realm of gods were collectively called Soul Beasts by him.

Thus, when the Dragon God broke through to the Realm of the Five Primordials and obtained half of Genesis Continent's Core Key, a drop of unknown blood secretly entered his body without his knowledge.

Then, after endless ages, the Dragon God arrived above Douluo Star and created an entirely new continent, naming it Dragon God Continent. Naturally, it could also be called the Dragon God Divine Realm.

With the Dragon God's departure, he took away a great number of his kin, followers, and powerful Soul Beast clans. Thus, Douluo Star entered the age of humanity.

However, after humanity had developed into the imperial age, it clashed with the Soul Beasts still living on Douluo Star. Both sides began a war that lasted more than ten thousand years for the sake of survival.

Yet humans excelled at wisdom but not strength, while beasts excelled at strength but not wisdom.

Even the empires that possessed many miraculous powers were beaten back again and again when facing the vast numbers of Soul Beasts and their powerful races.

However, in an unknown era, a little boy emerged from a small mountain village destroyed by Soul Beasts. After enduring countless twists and turns, he successfully broke through into an entirely new realm: Hundred-Level Godhood.

Harboring hatred for the Soul Beasts that had destroyed his homeland, he began an endless Asura-like slaughter of Soul Beasts. Thus, he came to be known as the Asura God.

After several hundred years of slaughter, he was discovered and stopped by a deity of the God Realm named the God of Evil. The God of Evil then guided him into joining the God Realm, where he became one of the human deities of the Dragon God Realm.

Although the Asura God had already ascended to the God Realm, he left behind an inheritance on Douluo Star known as Killing City.

Yet because of the Asura God's endless slaughter over those centuries, the entirety of Douluo Star was shrouded in his boundless killing aura. Countless humans and Soul Beasts fell into depravity and madness, and thus came to be known as the Fallen Ones.

After another endless span of time, the era reached ten thousand years ago. A female Soul Master surnamed Qian established an organization on Douluo Continent dedicated to eliminating all Fallen Ones, relying on her powerful Angel Martial Soul, formidable talent, and hard work. It was named Spirit Hall.

Over several hundred years, with the help of a group of like-minded companions, she eliminated all the Fallen Ones or imprisoned them all in Killing City, never to leave for eternity.

What this female Soul Master surnamed Qian had done earned her the title of humanity's leader, the Pope of Spirit Hall—the first Pope of Spirit Hall.

Then, over another hundred years, the Pope of Spirit Hall purified the continent's boundless killing aura. Receiving the faith of countless humans and Soul Beasts across Douluo Continent, she broke through the hundredth level and became a deity. Thus, she was known as the Angel God.

The Angel God then ascended to the God Realm and became one of the human deities. Yet she also left behind her inheritance in Spirit Hall, known as the Angel God Temple. Likewise, she left her descendants of the Qian Family an Angel inheritance martial soul modeled after herself.

At the same time, upon the endless sea, a man named Poseidon spent more than a thousand years conquering most of the humans and sea Soul Beasts within the boundless oceans. He gained immense faith, broke through the hundredth level, and became a deity. Thus, he was known as the Sea God.

The Sea God likewise ascended to the God Realm and became one of the human deities. Before ascending, however, he renamed the island where he had been born Sea God Island and left behind his inheritance there, known as the Sea God Temple.

Then the era entered the age of feudal division. Humanity's vast empire suffered a devastating blow from an unknown source and collapsed with a crash.

The once-unified territory split apart, prosperous cities of old became ruins, and most inheritances of civilization were wiped out. Powerful local factions rose everywhere, each maintaining private armies. War raged as they fought for limited resources and territory. The common people were displaced amid the chaos, struggling to survive in pain and fear, hoping that a hero would emerge to end the endless conflict and restore the peace and tranquility of old.

Time entered the millennium era. After a thousand years of war, the countless powers of Douluo Continent underwent another reshuffle. The once-fractured land gradually reunified, new forces rose, and ancient clans revived or declined. The relationship between Soul Beasts and humans was reshaped in blood and fire, while methods of cultivating soul skills and martial souls also underwent new changes. After the turmoil, the continent nurtured a brand-new order and new legends.

From then on, Douluo Continent entered an era of three-way rivalry between Spirit Hall and the two great empires, Heaven Dou and Star Luo Empire. At the same time, there were also countless Soul Master clans and Soul Master sects centered around martial souls.

After several hundred years, Spirit Hall and the two great empires of Heaven Dou and Star Luo Empire remained the three great powers. Yet as time passed, Spirit Hall, bolstered by the inheritance of the Angel God, continued to maintain its strength as the number one power on Douluo Continent.
