Lin Xin felt something indescribable stir within him. There was some disappointment, but even more melancholy.

Jiang Yuer's voice trembled slightly as well.
"Dead?" Lin Xin turned around and looked at her.

"The Gold Jade Sect came knocking. After that, word came that he had died of a sudden illness."
