For all these years, King had personally witnessed that Marine challenge his own captain again and again, growing stronger through those clashes until he could now face his captain head-on.

He could not understand why his captain did this.

Why was he so tolerant toward a Marine, letting him go time and time again and watching him grow stronger? Was he not afraid that one day he would no longer be able to suppress him?

His captain was not a tolerant man, either!

Queen had joined the Beasts Pirates after him, but he was much older and therefore knew more about the past. When he heard that King intended to persuade their captain to keep Eagle behind, he could not help but chuckle.

"Impossible!"

Queen shook his head at King.

"The captain might attack anyone, but he would never attack the guy down there. Not just the captain—even that old man Whitebeard is the same.
