The museum was quite large, mainly displaying Hoenn Region's maritime history, ancient seafaring techniques, and artifacts and fossils related to ancient Pokémon salvaged from the ocean floor.

Xinhai was quite interested in history as well, so he looked around with great interest.

After spending a fulfilling and peaceful afternoon at the museum, Xinhai brought the two little ones to Slateport City's seaside promenade.

The sea glittered beneath the setting sun, while the ocean breeze carried a salty, damp scent. Many Trainers and citizens strolled here, enjoying the leisure of the evening.

Eevee excitedly raced about on the beach, chasing the Krabby that occasionally crawled past. Sometimes she cautiously stretched a paw into the shallows, only to leap away in fright when a wave surged over it. She was having the time of her life.
