Sunlight Room

Near the newly arrived Lavaridge Gym, Xinhai spotted a fiery red figure waiting eagerly at the entrance from afar. It was Flannery.

The moment she saw Xinhai, she immediately waved her arm energetically, her face lit up with a cheerful smile. "Xinhai! Over here!"

"Good morning, Flannery." Xinhai walked over with Eevee in his arms and Gardevoir at his side.

"Good morning! Come with me. Grandpa said you can use the Gym's training facilities however you like, so I'll show you around!" Flannery was brimming with energy as she turned and pushed open the heavy side door of the Gym, leading Xinhai inside.

After passing through several relatively quiet inner corridors, Flannery introduced the place as they walked. "Our Gym's training areas are mainly divided into several sections: a basic physical training field, a move practice area, and the two most special ones, the Sunlight Room and the Lava Simulation Room. Where do you want to look first, Xinhai?"

"Let's check out the Sunlight Room first," Xinhai said after giving it some thought. "You mentioned yesterday that it was very helpful for Fire-type Pokémon and for understanding Sunny Day."

"No problem! Follow me!" Flannery led Xinhai with light steps to a massive-looking door with a clearly visible insulating layer.

Flannery pushed open the insulated door, and a wave of dry, scorching Qi even more intense than outside immediately rushed out.

Beyond the door was a short passageway, with another door at its end bearing a prominent high-temperature warning sign.

"Xinhai, I need to warn you before we go in." Flannery stopped before the second door and turned to him seriously. "The temperature in the Sunlight Room stays above fifty degrees Celsius all year round. The hottest areas can even approach seventy."
