Arc 45The Fourteenth Sequence

Su Bai restored Su Qingyun’s identity, reunited him with True Person Yun He, and brought him into the Heavenly Dao Sect as family. At the Heaven’s Pride Gathering, Su Bai’s disguised Human Realm figures deterred the Celestial Court before the prodigies entered the Eternal Battlefield, where Di Cang quickly dominated the rankings.

  • Su Bai named his disciple Su Qingyun, declared he would enter the Heaven’s Pride Tournament, and watched him climb to fourteenth on the Heavenly Dao Ranking.
  • Su Bai took Su Qingyun to Azure Cloud Sect, reminded him of his roots, and recovered True Person Yun He’s remnant soul despite the Heavenly Dao’s attacks.

The Human Realm prodigies answered the Celestial Court’s slaughter with ambushes that devastated its forces and brought its leaders to rage. After killing Mo Yuan’s five-thousand-strong army, the group left the battlefield with their strength still partly concealed.

  • The Celestial Court’s hunts killed many ranked prodigies, while the Human Realm’s sixty-eight fighters completed their cultivation and reached the Immortal King Realm.
  • Xiao Yan and the Human Realm prodigies rescued the wounded Mystic Ice Fairy, then killed more than a hundred Celestial Court attackers in a brief battle.
  • Mystic Ice Fairy’s score rose to second place, drawing Tian Xu and 1,025 Celestial Court prodigies into a trap where Yun Xuan and the Human Realm fighters killed them all.

Arc 47The Human Realm’s Victory

The Human Realm outmaneuvered the Celestial Court, then defeated Di Cang’s avatar and advanced through the first round of the tournament. The arc ended as the Seventh Divine General announced the second round on the Ten-Thousand-Zhang Heavenly Ladder.

  • Zhuge Feng and Han Feiyu led the Human Realm prodigies in ambushing isolated Celestial Court forces, killing three Holy Sons and routing the remaining army.
  • Xiao Yan, Wu Wushuang, and their allies joined thousands of unaffiliated prodigies to surround and defeat the Celestial Court forces, until Di Cang arrived and offered to end the conflict.
  • Xiao Yan, Zhuge Feng, Xiao Lingxi, and Su Ling'er wounded Di Cang, while Wu Wushuang broke his Heaven-Slaying Spear and defeated his avatar with the All-Under-Heaven Beings Sword.

The Human Realm’s prodigies challenged the Celestial Court’s competitors on the Ten-Thousand-Layer Heavenly Ladder, overcoming ambushes and illusions to reach the summit together. They then met the Immortal King of Creation and refused his offer to become his disciples, remaining loyal to their own master.

  • The Azure Mountain Saint Emperor arrived with the Human Realm’s prodigies and revealed he had become a Seven-Epoch King, then the Seventh Divine General began the Heavenly Ladder trial.
  • Di Cang climbed ahead while the Human Realm’s prodigies steadily resisted the ladder’s pressure, eventually passing five thousand layers without relying on protective light.
  • The Nine Nether Saint Son, the Buddhist Son, and the Thirteenth Prince ambushed the Human Realm group, but Xiao Yan threw them onto the five-thousandth layer, where its pressure crushed them.
  • Fourteen Human Realm Peerless Immortal Kings surged upward, passed Di Cang, and reached the summit barrier together, where the ladder confronted them with visions of their deepest desires.
