Robin and The Ancient One had seemed unfamiliar with each other just moments ago, so how had things become like this...
"Mr. Yake, Miss Robin has agreed to become my disciple and train at Kamar-Taj. What do you plan to do?"
Yake looked at Robin in surprise. So soon?
"Yake, this place suits me very well. I think I should stay here. I believe it won't be long before I can reunite the sisters."
Robin walked over, took Yake's hand, and acted a little coquettishly. Yake kissed her forehead.
"That couldn't be better. I'll stay here with you."
The Ancient One had had more than enough of their lovey-dovey display and found it rather sickening, so she spoke up to interrupt their tender moment.
"Ahem. Mr. Yake, I must remind you that if you stay here, you will affect the other disciples' cultivation. I believe you understand what I mean..."
The Ancient One cast a meaningful glance at Yake and Robin, and Yake understood at once. If he lived here, he would naturally stay with Robin. After all, this was a place where mages cultivated in seclusion; it would not be good to influence the others.

Her reason was that he had severely disrupted others' training under especially egregious circumstances, and she had directly sent him flying here through a portal.
