The sun was shining just right, and a gentle breeze drifted by.
It was a wonderfully comfortable temperature.
But Usopp's face was now as red as a monkey's butt from holding it in.
"Come on, what exactly are you trying to say? You've been taking deep breaths for a full five minutes."
Roya looked at Usopp before him with helpless exasperation.
If this guy hadn't been a character from the original story, and if Roya hadn't been curious about what they would become in the future, he never would have wasted so much time here.
Suddenly, Roya seemed to sense something.
He glanced toward the distant mountains.
The trees there were thick and dense, making it look like a fine place to rest in the shade.
But Roya did not look for long before withdrawing his gaze, a slight smile curling his lips.
As Roya smiled, the tension in Usopp's heart eased a little.
"W-Well, Admiral White Dove, I want to become your disciple. I want to brave the wind and waves upon the sea and become a hero of the sea!"
After saying that, he bowed deeply to Roya.

Beneath a tree so wide it took three people to encircle it.
Yasopp held a telescope as he watched the scene unfold.
"Hey, hey, Usopp! You're my son! Why are you bowing to a Marine?!"
Yasopp gritted his teeth beneath the tree.
He had to admit, this feeling was truly unpleasant.
But there was no way Yasopp dared to rush out directly now.
After all, the person opposite him was Admiral White Dove. He had only returned to secretly check on his wife and son; he had no desire to cause trouble.
"Is someone looking for me?"
Kaya came out of the kitchen and walked over
