Dawn nodded. He took a thick stack of files from a drawer, skillfully pulled out several, and tossed them in front of Lucci.

The Buffalo Family was a renowned arms dealer in the West Blue Underworld, controlling a substantial share of the region's arms trade. Nearly every member of the family carried a gun, with ample ammunition and fierce firepower.
